To install, use a rubber mallet and GENTLY tap into place.
Tested on bins in Melbourne.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CHECKED SIZES ON THE PICTURES AS SOME COUNCIL BINS HAVE SLIGHTLY SMALLER HOLES. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK AND MEASURE.
