Installation
Remove the original gliders and retain the existing screws. Press an M4 nut into the rear of each printed gliding rail. The recommended nuts have approximately 7 mm flats and are 3 mm thick.
Install all the gliding rails and loosely attach the sliding sled using the original screws. Move the sled backwards and forwards several times to allow the rails to settle naturally into the guide. Gradually tighten the screws while continuing to move the sled until the rails are correctly aligned and the sled moves smoothly.
Once installed, a small drop of fine mechanical oil can be applied to each gliding rail to help with smooth operation. As these components are used in a woodworking environment, regular cleaning and maintenance may be required depending on dust and debris accumulation.
