DeWalt Table Saw Zero Clearance Insert — Kerf Plate with Locking Nut & Riving Knife Slot for DWE7492, 7491, 7490, 744–746, 7480

Standard table saw inserts leave a gap around the blade that lets small offcuts drop through and causes tearout on the underside of your workpiece. A zero clearance insert eliminates that gap — you fit the plate with the blade lowered, then raise the spinning blade through the plate to create a kerf that's exactly blade-width. The result is cleaner cuts with proper material support right to the edge of the blade.
